Luciana has been in the boat club business in a variety of roles for over 20 years. She has been with Waves Since the start.  She is an intregal part of the whole member experience. She, along with her staff, set up new member orientations, manages all the boat reservations, the online system, assists with service & maintenance schedules of boats & dockstaff, as well as organizes the popular social events, helps advice with the growing business activities, etc. Lu is based out of the out of the Cortez office.

"Lu" has a background in computer programming.  She also has extraordinary people and organizational skills which makes for an outstanding member of our management  team.
